As a Preschool Teacher, you should enjoy working with toddlers and children aged 18 months to 6 years, and are passionate about their overall development.
Job Responsibilities:
– Engage, nurture and motivate children through purposeful play and hands-on activities
– Prepare, plan and conduct appropriate lessons
– Establish effective classroom management
– Perform routine care for children
– A team player
Job Requirements:
– Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education is a must
– Not a must but added advantage if possess Montessori Diploma in Early Childhood Education
– Strong command of the English Language and interpersonal skills

Supervisor – English
The Supervisor is an early childhood professional with a passion for working with children and families, has strong leadership and communications skills, customer service orientation and a commercial mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
– Accountable for all operational aspects of the childcare centre
– Ensure quality care and education for children
– Achieve financial targets in terms of enrollments and operating cost
– Deliver excellent customer service to parents
– Ensure legal/licensing compliance
– Manage staff and talent pipeline
– A team player
Job Requirements:
– Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Diploma in Leadership is a must.
– Not a must but added advantage if possess Montessori Diploma in Early Childhood Education
– Strong interpersonal, inspiring and communication skills
– At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the childcare industry
